Okay a few points to be made. HTML and HTML5 basically the same thing, and not considered a programming language. It's just a markup. You say you have no evidence because you recently made a new computer. And you formatted your old harddrive. Why not back up the things you wanted/needed? Formatting is a choice you make, unless it got corrupted, which I doubt. Again with the no evidence, you say you occasionally test stuff on your test site, why not use that for evidence? And most Web-Dev's use Dropbox or buy their hosting, so they don't lose any of their work, and it's always backed up.

. I've been out of coding for a few months and felt like getting back into it during my spare time and what better place to start than here? I want to be able to start coding from the beginning of the server so I know exactly what the features are, etc, when asked and be involved in creating all the innovative parts of the server to make it the best.
