Why you want to be a Game Master:
I've played and left multiple excellent servers in result of terrible staff selfishness, skills and relationships with players. Game Masters are supposed to be there for players to consult their problems to, either in-game or out, and to be reliable and trustworthy. They must have a wide range of knowledge about Maple Story in general, the server, and features. I will be there to put players in line, to enforce rules, to keep a good relationship between players, and to not use my power to my own benefit. As a game moderator, I will meet these requirements to the best of my ability. Being a Game Moderator gives me the opportunity to help players and gives me a feeling of pride, success, and self-worth whenever a problem is fixed. I will consult players frequently and value their opinions and suggestions to this server, and discuss how it can be improved as it is still new, so that in the future it can be enjoyed to the full by other players as it is unique and fully customized.
How you can benefit the server as a Game Master compared to a normal player:
As a game master, I find that more attention is payed towards you, and players tend to listen to you as a member of authority. As a player, many people do not take you seriously. I have the power to fix problems with a simple command, and supervise trades. I can go into hide, and make sure people are acting appropriately eg. Duping, hacking, abusing, etc. I can run events, and again make sure no one is hacking. I can quickly warp to others to help them.

Any suggestions you have in mind for the server:
-Providing more in-game features on the website
-Set time for events everyday
-More FMA themed NPC's
-Auto @Dispose command to get into portals or to talk to NPCs
-@commands doesn't work
-@aio disconnects and crashes Maplestory
-Removing RBPQ shortcuts for fair play amongst players
-More developed way of voting
-Maps specifically for players e.g Player hideouts with custom Wz maps

Just a few questions...

I'm interested to know, how you plan to fix what kind of problems with a command, and what command is it?
As for your suggestions, I believe most of them are already being worked on.

More FMA themed NPC's - Currently still deciding on the storyline.
Auto @Dispose command to get into portals or to talk to NPCs - Should already be implemented, perhaps it's more of a lag?
